Hello @Tib

Though we'd love to help you, this is a Server. The forum is generally designed to support home users with malware. Detecting and cleanup of a Business Server requires much more help and has many possible issues to consider that home users do not.

The best advice if the server itself was hit would be to restore it from Backup as well as the Data from backup and try to determine how it was able to get infected and shore up that area of protection to prevent this from happening again. No one should be logging in and browsing or running email on a server that have admin rights. The only time an admin should log on is to do a very specific change or update and then log out. Any time a Server is compromised it should be completely rebuilt after forensic analysis has been done to determine how it was infected to prevent in the future.
