Hello Hijin25:

1. Close all open Windows applications followed by a conventional Windows based uninstall of Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware from the system's Control Panel.
2. If MBARW Beta was uninstalled successfully, the following directories will have been deleted from a typical Windows 64-bit system:

          C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes\
          C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware\
          C:\ProgramData\MBAMService\

3. If any of the above directories remain, please delete them manually. If necessary, any remaining/uninstalled directory may be deleted in the Windows Safe mode.
4. Execute a conventional Windows restart to the Normal Windows boot mode.

Thank you.

Thanks for the instructions.

I take this opportunity to point out the reasons for the removal.

1. The program does not allow delete restore points manually.
2. The most serious, randomly start my PC, does not load correctly my profile and load a temporary profile windows. I discovered that the MAR was causing uninstalling and reinstalling.

I also think it's a great tool and I hope that in the future they can solve these problem.

Hello Hijin25:

The Malwarebytes developer team and Quality Assurance team would have been more than happy to have worked with your system's issues.

If you decide to try again, please post to your topic as soon as the issue occurs and an assistive dialog can be had quickly.

Thank you for participating in the MBARW Beta testing program and your feedback.
