MPC Cleaner how to remove

Hi, I accidentally installed MPC cleaner on my PC with Windows 10. I have tried to uninstall it, but it doesnt show on the list of programs. I tried to delete the program file on C:Program files(x86) MPC cleaner but it says i dont have administrator permissions, even though i have them. I also tried to delete the process on the task manager, but it says acces denied. I found a thread about this topic, but I cant figure out how to fix this.
