kevinf80 Posted April 4, 2016 ID:1031451 Share Posted April 4, 2016 ESET scanner is supposedly very aggresive with detection of apps/files classed as pup and pum , I doubt very much the one in question is malicious, hence I ask you to leave in place and rename, it could be renamed back later.... Can you navigate to C:\Windows\Installer\a3ed4.msi.vir right click direct on the file and select "Rename" remove .vir from the end.. Reboot when complete and see if any blocks return....
