below is my report as requested in another thread i created any help would be supremely appreicated ! :P

i have also added my original thread info here......

****original post*******hi there,

i have been using the great product malwarebytes anti virus for some time now and have to say its been the best by far in removing unwated problems.

i recently had a virus on my own and on my girlfriends pc, which was locking my task manager (getting disabled by administrator message) and also on my girlfriends machine was producing pop ups with the usual check for viruses...your computer is infected etc type messages. it first appeared on my girlfriend machine. (machines are at 2 different houses) i first updated my antibytes and then ran a full scan, after it completed it discovered several infections and removed them. but since i have removed them her browsers now crash randomly sometimes after a few minutes other times after 20mins, it does it on IE, firefox and also chrome. when i check a firefox crash report it says crash reason was EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION, i have no idea what this is , i have googled it and it seems to be a generic type error, my girfriends machine is pretty inoperative at the moment as all her browsers are crashing.

my machine followed the same procedure.. only difference is my browser only seems to crash now when i use a program in my browser called LOGMEIN, i use this to access my friends pc's through a browser and help them out with installing things and is basically a remote access program but browser based, my general browsing seems fine, but when i log into LOGMEIN and access a friends pc i get the same crashing issues and the same crash report from firefox. (also crashes using same program through other browsers.

im at a loss and have run a multitude of different scanners and cleaners trying to fix the problem to no avail?

please please please could someone help, i can post any info needed many thnaks smile.gif *******original query*******

THE ABOVE ISSUE OCCURRED AFTER I REMOVED THE BELOW LAST NIGHT...... the two reports are form my pc, i can also provide reports on my girlfriends pc if needed :P
