Hello bru,

Each machine has its own unique configuration and a unique mix of apps, etc.  Before we start, we do need diagnostic reports. Those will have no personal information.  Just attach them to the post, as we go along.  The reports will have information that will help to get this resolved.

please read the following and attach to your next reply the 3 requested logs - Diagnostic Logs (the 3 logs are: FRST.txt, Addition.txt and CheckResults.txt)
