[IN PROGRESS] Managed followed content

The "Managed Followed Content" option is not of any use, previous software from options drop down select "My Content" the list contained all threads followed by the user concerned. All entries either had a Star or Padlock appointed. Padlock was locked and closed, no further action needed. Star meant work needed or the URL could be listed in HJT closure list for a Moderator to lock and close or other actions...

That made my working threads list very simple to follow, what have now does not have those options...

Sadly no Kevin.

Perhaps some variation of the new Activity Streams can get it close to what you had before? I set mine the way that @John L. Galt demonstrated and it's a lot better now.

Wasn't John method broke though because something wasn't working? Or did it get taken care of?

Not really broke-  when you set it as a default, it changes the link at the top right of all web pages to your custom stream.  I thought it was broke because I expected that the default stream would be in the activity list - but making it the default view on all pages (just to the left of the Mark site read link) is a bonus that I first called a bug.

I`ll have to have a look at John L Galt`s method. It really is hard to comprehend when a site such as Malwarebytes upgrades forum software to what is basically a step in reverse, obviously it was meant as a step forward.....

I guess you can call it a partial resolve, for me it is still not as effective as the previous default option " My Content " in previous software. That list option worked 100% and only took seconds to access and use... Made the task very quick to compile and post...

I'll give it a try and see how it goes, but like Kevin said already, it's not as nearly effectice as the old method on IPS3.
