It's likely the "color" BBCode throwing things off. I will verify later today.

Technically speaking, you shouldn't need to specify a URL as blue since that is the default color. So to be frank, one could say the unneeded code is part of the problem. Just food for thought.

Lets try this without the color code.

Hi:

I am slow-witted and amateur, but I continue to have severe issues with canned code, despite using the reported workarounds.

"Paste without formatting" is NOT working for me with my "old" code under Firefox 45.0.1.
And, as far as I can tell, there is no way to save in reverse (copy/paste and save in Notepad) "new" code to be used as template/boilerplate replies for future posts.
So I am having to craft a lot of formatted replies from scratch, and even then, there are missing features/functions.

Loss of BBCode support, the severely dysfunctional remaining "Editor" features/UX, and the loss of "Preview Post" render efficient provision of timely and properly formatted support nearly impossible.

Routine tasks that normally take a few seconds now take several minutes or cannot be done at all.

The disruption to workflow has been profound and frustrating.

Cosmetics and minor annoyances aside, it would be great if some basic functionality could be restored.

Thanks,

Thanks for sharing this. Can you share the specific issues you're experiencing? Include the actual BBCode too please. We are working with IPS to fix any issues the occur with the basic BBCode capabilities of the WYSIWYG Editor. So knowing exactly what is not working will help us ensure we are reporting all of the issues.
