Hello Udvar and welcome:

Please create the following archives for developer analysis:

Create a ZIP archive of the directory C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware\
Create another ZIP archive of the directory C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\MBAMService\logs\

Please attach the above zipped archives to your next reply and then do a conventional Windows uninstall & reinstall of Beta5, MBARW 0.9.14.361 and include the status of the system's issue in your next reply.

Thank you for beta testing MBARW and your valued feedback.

Sorry for the delayed response. Actually, it's working now, with no problems.  I did not do anything other than every so often clicking the "Start Protection" words.  The first few times it did not work then it did and has ever since.  Thanks for the quick reply though.

Hello Udvar:

If you are reporting that your system can start with MBARW's protection disabled, that should be looked into.  Please advice.

If you have not already done so, please upgrade to Beta6 and follow with a reply to your topic with a status update.

Thank you for participating in the beta testing of MBARW.
