2 days ago i thought there was a chance that my pc was infected by trojan which it was and i downloaded the malware software to remove. after the removal i had problem connecting to the internet with simple browsers except the avast safe zone browser. so i purchased the premium malware version run another scan everything seems ok but i cannot access internet via chrome explorer or edge. now i re installed my windows my programs my antivirus avast everything works perfect. whenever i try to install my purchased version of malware during the update my internet access via browser goes away.. i am connecting through a usb stick modem which i have many times re install as well can someone help? my pc is working fine now but without my purchased malware product

I will have to let someone from staff/developers team respond to that... like I said there is a conflict on some USB dongles.

In the meantime can you provide the logs below for review to help the team figure out what is going on?

We would need more info on the system....

Please read the following and in your next reply ATTACH the 3 requested logs - Diagnostic Logs
(the three files should be CheckResults.txt, FRST.txt and Addition.txt)

Thank You,

You have a couple of minor PUP issues but it sounds more like our implementation of the web driver for blocking may be interfering with your USB Dongle modem.

What language is this installation of Windows?

I would suggest following the advice from the topic here Available Assistance for Possibly Infected Computers and having one of the Experts assist you with looking into your issue for the threats.

What is the make and model of your USB modem as well. I'll have our QA take a look and see if they have any further information to assist with that.
