Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware Failure

I have some trojans on my work computer, Trojan.FakeAlert, Trojan.Agent and Malware.Trace. These are the ones that the Malwarebyte program keeps finding. I run the Malwarebyte's program and do a quick scan. It shows these 3 virus's and it removes 2 of them and says it will remove the other upon reboot. I reboot and when I scan again, the 3 virus's are back. I've even tried deleting the sources of the virus's, the trojan.fakealert is in some file in windows\task folder and I've deleted the task folder and the virus still shows up and the malware.trace virus shows its in the registry in the software area in something called coldwave. I've deleted the value and the virus still shows up. Can anyone help me with this? Oh, I cant connect to the Internet because of this. I use Windows Vista Ultimate. I cant connect to the network that I need to connect to to get on the Internet. It just shows unknown network or something like that.
