Quarantined File not Listed in Quarantine

I received a notification that MBAR Beta 0.9.14.361 had detected ransomware activity and was quaranting the file

This happened a couple days ago so I can't be 100% sure I had the above build at the time of the incident

Nevertheless when i went into quarantine there was no quarantined file

Thanks for your reply.

I've read the locked and pinned topic. 

I'm not sure how I can follow the steps

I was not asked by MBARW to "reboot"

Being that I was not asked I couldn't "disable the Anti-Ransomware protection"

And being that there was no file in quarantine it was impossible for me to "Restore the file from Quarantine and add it to the exclusions"

Please advise

Same thing, with the file ekrn.exe of ESET smart security !! But no any ekrn.exe in quarantined section of antiransomware

This is because the file was not really quarantined, could you please verify the exe is in its proper location in the Eset Programfiles folder?
