Protection Disabled

Hi,

I've been using the beta for a short while now, but just today a window opened in the program stating 'Your System is Fully Protected' with the smiley to the left, but below that was a red bullet point with the wording 'Anti-Ransomware Protection is Disabled' to the right of that is 'Start Protection'. which is clickable, but when I click it, nothing happens.

This is co-incidental with a malware occurrence when I downloaded and installed some software, which Malwarebytes caught and quarantined.

I would be grateful for any advice to get the protection re-enabled.
