Ransomware Error

Anti-Ransomware was running and protection was on. Error message received: The MB3 service terminated with the following error: Class is not licenced for use.


I uninstalled anti ransomware and downloaded and installed a fresh copy. At the time of writing, the error has not reappeared.

It's good to know that the issue has been resolved!


It would have been additionally beneficial, to the developer team, if a screen grab of the error plus an archived log set had been included.


If your experience or similar repeats, please consider capturing that vital information.
