Hi, the problem is that some times, when the pc is restarted the program automatically starts but showing this message and don't change even pressing fix now or start protection.

Create another ZIP archive of the directory C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\MBAMService\logs\

hi, there are some problems with your request... de zip created from C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware\ is up to 50Mb and this page accept max 30Mb... the other problem is that the file C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\MBAMService\logs\ does not exist on my pc... what can i do?

I've read about that condition from possibly two other members.

 

If it's not too much trouble, please make a temporary desktop copy of the existing C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware\ directory, and then split that large copied directory in half and create two separate archive files whose size should allow attaching through this forums software.
