why not create this button

Why not create an option in preferences to show a button which, upon Ransomeware detection, appears in a dialog box giving path and asking do you want to  quarantine this item? This way if it's clearly a false positive you can override the decision

The MBARW Beta project's main purpose is to verify the anti-ransomware core technology that will later be rolled into other Malwarebytes products. Once the MBARW Beta project has served its purpose, we have been publicly advised the MBARW Beta project will not continue.

 

Therefore, it is highly unlikely feature enhancements will be seen for a Beta project destined for future retirement.

 

You may have noticed though, that individual files may be manually entered in the MBARW GUI's Exclusions window.
