Multiple copies of email

Hello,

I am using windows 10 OS, Office 365 version 2016 and am using Outlook as my email.  Since installation of your Anti-Ransomware package I am getting multiple copies of emails.  AT&T is my email provider.

I have turned off the ransomMalwarebytes Anti-Ransomware.zipMBAMSERVICE.zipware protection.  Any Ideas as to what I should do next?

 

For example, Some of the duplicated emails:

                Popular in your network info@twitter.com

                Uniworld Boutique Cruises (US) noreply@em-uniworld.com

                Costco Wholesale CostcoNews@online.costco.com

                pharmacy@walmart.com

                Filip at DataCamp team@datacamp.com

                Sears Home Services shs@em.searshomeservices.com

                AT&T att@e.att-mail.com

                LinkedIn Influencers <linkedin@e.linkedin.com>

                CodeProject mailout@maillist.codeproject.com

I am having the same problem.  Windows 10 and Outllook and Telus in Canada is the email provider.  On email downloads it does download new emails once and then is somewhat randomly choosing emails to repeat download a somewhat random number of times.  The Advanced Settings for email accounts are not working correctly and if set to leave on the server for a given number of days all emails are deleted from the servier.

While MBARW BETA is still an unstable BETA product, it's hard to imagine how it could be causing the behavior you describe. :unsure:

 

It sounds more like a problem with Win10 + Outlook, and perhaps your ISP, especially if you have your email set up as IMAP accounts.

Perhaps there was a recent update to Win10 and/or Outlook????

 

@eagle50: perhaps you could please post the same logs that @geezer50 posted?

 

@both of you, it might also help to see a bit more system information for both systems.

If possible, please follow the steps in THIS PINNED TOPIC to generate the FRST.txt and Addition.txt logs (Log Set 1) and then attach both of them to your replies in this thread.
