Can't restore False Positive curl.exe (biet-o-matic)

Today MB AR decided that curl.exe is Malware and that it has to be deleted. After this, it wanted to reboot the PC which I declined. When tried to restore the file I got the message: "can't restore a item marked for deletion on reboot" (see attached screenshot).

This comportment seems rediculous:

1.) it might have asked how to treat the file

2.) there should be a way to get files out of quarantine if these are false positives, and even a way to prevent the reboot
