Make sure Addition.txt is checkmarked under "Optional scans" Press Scan button to run the tool.... It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. If there is then the end user must be informed of this as we have never installed anything like this on there and have "inherited" this PC from a previous support company so I would need to know in order to inform them immediately.
