Exlusions setting

My Mailwarebytes has in Mailware exclusions recycle folder protecting a file dc116.exe and some logfiles my virus scanner keeps finding an moving important files to the quarantine area as if a program is constantly infecting executable files. Has a virus made somechanges to Mailwarebytes proventing it from finding a virus.
