Quarantine Restore issue

I'm also having a problem with Quarantine/Restore.


MAR Beta, detected Ransom Ware in my E-Mail Box.


It Quarantined the file, but I cannot restore it as "An Error Occurred", and it tells me to visit the Forum.


I am also struggling to open my E-mails from the Start Menu.


I'm Running Windows 10 Pro. I click on the Start, click on Mail, the window opens, and then shuts immediately.


I can only access my E-mails via Start>Programs>Outlook 2016.


Any Help would be Appreciated.

Please create the following files for developer analysis:

Create a ZIP file of the directory C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware\

Create another ZIP file of the directory C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\MBAMService\logs\

Please attach the above zipped files to your next reply.
