Long startup/shutdown times, even under Beta5

Hello sman:

Please create the following files for developer analysis:

Create a ZIP file of the directory C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware\
Create another ZIP file of the directory C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\MBAMService\logs\

Please attach the above zipped files to your next reply and then do a conventional Windows uninstall of MBARW Beta.

After at least several system restart cycles, please update this topic with the status of the system's issue.

Thank you.

Hi, @sman:

You seem to be having many problems with MBARW beta, judging from the many posts and separate threads you have started.

So, in addition to the logs requested by @1PW, it might further assist the developers if you could please provide additional system information.

To do that, please read the following and attach to your next reply the 3 requested logs - Diagnostic Logs (the 3 logs are: FRST.txt, Addition.txt and CheckResults.txt)

Thanks,

P.S. Also, a friendly suggestion: rather than starting multiple separate threads for the same computer, it would create less clutter and confusion & it would be more helpful to the deve to consolidate them.  For example, this post and this post might have been combined into 1 post, e.g. "Installation and system shut down issues - beta 5", including the usual diagnostic and program logs with the post.
