A few weeks ago I started noticing that my browser was getting slower. At the same, DOS blackbox started popping up randomly for a split second, always too fast for me to printscreen them or read what they said. Thankfully someone else has been able to notice what it says ("http://ɴ.net/proxy.pac".

 

I have run various adware removers, including Malwarebytes but nothing is detecting it and my LAN settings keep being reverted back. I would be extremely thankful for any kind of suggestions or solutions!
