After using avast and removing many "infected files" messing around and fixing my registry a bit (Although I am by no means skilled at it), I have completely and utterly failed to remove viceice. I have since then removed avast as its only purpose was to assist me in removing this program although that failed miserably.

this browser hijacker also serves as a CPU waster and an all around annoyance, and it completely renders certain games (Multiplayer games mostly) unplayable. My browsers seem to be only affected by viceice although I have found evidence of other, malignant PUP's although they seemed to be deprecated. I would like to know how I can fix my issues that I have.
