False Positive - AntiTwin

Recommended Posts

AntiTwin 1.8/1.9 are reported as malware - that's not correct - programs perform as they should and are programmed for. Please correct your signatures, don't like to download it again and again.

As quick solution I deinstall your product right now.

Programs (.exe)can be found at:     http://www.aidex.de/software/antitwin/       or            http://www.anti-twin.com/      (English version)

Hi,

I cannot reproduce detection. Was this detected by our normal Malwarebytes client, or Malwarebytes Antiransomware which is currently in beta?

If the latter, please read here: https://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?/topic/177810-how-to-report-a-false-positive/and post it in this forum: https://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?/forum/172-malwarebytes-anti-ransomware-beta/

If detected with our normal malwarebytes antimalware scanner, then please attach the scan log where it displays the detection to your next post.

Thanks!

Don't know if it was put into wrong section, it should be for Malwarebytes Antiransomware. You have to use the program to trigger the deletion action.

Program is used to compare up to thousands of images/files to sort out duplicates, very helpful to clean up photo databases etc.
