Ok don't panic, just cliq ok to shut down that pop up 

reboot your system 

after that you come back to the dashbord quartine 

select the lines and restore

 

the reboot will nog delete it wil "fix" 

trust me I tried it on two of my systems 

after that you put this fil  under exclusions 

to avoid in the future any problems with this
