I can't transfer the program to my infected computer!

Recommended Posts

I recently got a virus from downloading a program online and it totally messed up my computer. I believe it's the cause of my pc's inability to find a network so I can't directly download malwarebytes anti malware. I tried to download it through my sister's healthy pc and transfer it to my infected pc through a usb. I safe restarted my computer and opened it from there but an error appeared saying that "The specified path does not exist. Check the path and then try again." I have a Windows 7 ultimate. Thanks in advance.

I tried to register for the malware removal forum but my email didn't receive any confirmation. I resent it 2 times.

I am sorry I don't quite understand what you mean by trying to register, you are already registered here, can you please elaborate (or were you trying so seek support via email at the helpdesk?).

Basically, what you need to do is GO HERE and start a new topic there, and then someone will assist you with the malware removal.
