Error Code: 732

[CNS]

MBAM comes up with this error when I try to update it. IE is not in Work Offline. I've turned firewall settings off and tried with no help. With Firefox I can go to any website I want, but IE shows it has issues. Scans come up clean. Any help would be great.

Hi,

This is the cause:

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings,ProxyServer = 127.0.0.1:5757

Please disable your proxy. In case you have not set above proxy, check & fix that entry in HijackThis.

To disable the use of a Proxy server:

In IE: Tools Menu -> Internet Options -> Connections Tab ->Lan Settings > uncheck "use a proxy server" or reconfigure the Proxy server again in case you have set it previously.

In Firefox in Tools Menu -> Options... -> Advanced Tab -> Network Tab -> "Settings" under Connection.

Let me know if that fixed your "update issue".
