93.190.105.120 Outbound Web site blocked?

Not sure if this is the correct place to post this, but I have seen this message from time to time.  It does not happen on any particular site, and tonight I received the message while visiting the Malwarebytes site.  I have scanned my computer and shows no problems.  Can you provide some insight to this message?
