Malwarebytes won't start /uninstall / re-install

I was hit with MS Antivirus (WNPC Defender) so found the potential fix here with Malwarebytes. The MWB installation screen froze at full completion and now will not initiate, allow re-installation or uninstall so I am stuck. Here is the requested Hijackthis file.
