Johnny & Jimmy were playing in the schoolyard when Johnny said "My Dad's clever he can blow smoke rings out of his nose". To which Jimmy replied "Well my Dad's cleverer as he can blow smoke rings out of his arse". How do you know? says Johnny to which Jimmy replies "'cause of the nicotine stains in his underpants".
