FoxTrot05 Posted January 17, 2016 ID:1013125 Share Posted January 17, 2016 Hi JRT.exe doesnt seem to open, I have windows 7 (64 bit) When i right click and open as Admin, it extracts and opens the command prompt but it closes right after i redownloaded mutliple times from both the authors site and bleepingcomputer but still nothing. Probably best to follow the directions below and make a new post and let them give them the same information and someone will assist you further. I would suggest following the advice from the topic here Available Assistance for Possibly Infected Computers and having one of the Experts assist you with looking into your issue.
