Hi:

Welcome.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble activating MBAM.

Your logs show that you have 2 active AV programs running (Bitdefender and WD):

==================== Security Center ========================

(If an entry is included in the fixlist, it will be removed.)

AV: Windows Defender (Enabled - Out of date) {D68DDC3A-831F-4fae-9E44-DA132C1ACF46}
AV: Bitdefender Antivirus Free Edition (Enabled - Out of date) {9B5F5313-CAF9-DD97-C460-E778420237B4}

AS: Windows Defender (Enabled - Out of date) {D68DDC3A-831F-4fae-9E44-DA132C1ACF46}
AS: Bitdefender Antivirus Free Edition (Enabled - Out of date) {203EB2F7-ECC3-D219-FED0-DC0A39857D09}

That is not a good idea, as having more than one resident AV can cause all sorts of problems, and actually lowers one's protection.

You also have some PUPs in quarantine.

So, for starters, I suggest the following:

  • Either fully disable WD or completely uninstall BD (using a removal tool, if available); reboot.
  • If that doesn't resolve the issue, you might wish  to try a proper CLEAN reinstall, by carefully following the steps here: MBAM Clean Removal Process 2x.  Be sure to reboot when prompted by the removal tool; it's a good idea to reboot again after the reinstall.

If neither of those resolves your issue, then I suggest contacting the Help Desk HERE.

They can assist you with BOTH cleaning up the PUPs/malware remnants AND with the license activation problem.

Thank you,
