How to disable notifications completely?

Recommended Posts

Hi:

Dashboard > Settings > General Settings > Notifications > "Disabled" (not recommended).

Note:

It is not recommended to disable notifications.
The notifications are there for a reason -- the program is trying to convey important information to the user.
If you are getting a lot of them, it's not necessarily normal behavior.
Lots of IP block notifications, for example, could mean that you are using Skype or P2P software, OR it could be indicative of infection.

Similarly, notifications about outdated databases or malware/non-malware detection could indicate trouble, as well.

>>Perhaps if you tell us what type of notifications you are seeing, we could better assist you?

Thanks,
