Malwarebytes Won't Activate My Old Lifetime License. Please Help!

Hi All,

 

 

Last night I performed a system restore to factory default. Before doing this, I had an active lifetime license for Malwarebytes Premium. Today when I went to install and activate it, I keep getting the 404 error code

saying I've exceed the limit of usage or something to that effect. Am I doing something wrong?

For MBAM consumer Premium license re-activation issues involving Error code 404, only opening a support ticket through the help desk via email will resolve the system's issue using the link below:

In the meantime you may perform a MBAM Clean Removal Process 2x and activate MBAM's 14-day free Trial, during installation, while waiting for the help desk process to resolve the re-activation issue.
