under total attack with thousands of malware :( help

i am running the latest trial edition of malwarebytes on my other pc which has came under heavy malware attack.

 

far as i can see its managed to switch off all my internet browsers and other things, the computer is useless at this point

 

remember i am having to use my other pc to send this.

p.s, meant to add that malwarebytes keeps finding and removing the same thing over and over and asking me to restart etc.

its the malwarebytes anti malware trial home 2.2.0.1024, its not finished the trial period yet

i have a usb stick, so i can always transfer files etc over from one pc to the other if need be ?

oh, another thing i checked straight away was to see if i could do a system restore but nope, bel#ileve it or not i didnt have restore switched on, i dunno if that would have helped anyway
