First question:

MalwareBytes stores its reports in this location:

%programdata%\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes Anti-Malware\Logs

Is there a reason why you are using .xml format instead of .txtXML isn't very readable and makes it harder to actually see what was removed. I had some cases when MalwareBytes refuses to open, but after its usage Internet got broken.

How can I convert xml to txt without having to open MalwareBytes?

Second question:

If I want to copy MalwareBytes report from other computer to the location above on mine computer, should I be able to open this report through MalwareBytes GUI?

The GUI will see the logs if you copy them. I just tried it in a Windows 7 VM and it worked. Took my logs from my Windows 10 Pro x64 desktop, transferred them over in the %ProgramData%\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes Anti-Malware\Logs folder, opened Malwarebytes and if I can in the History tab, under Application Logs, I see all of them. So there's that :)
