My computer has been having issues frequently crashing. Often it will start, run very slowly, and then once I attempt to start a program it will crash pretty quickly. It happens almost every time, and I'm really astounded I was able to get all this information without any issues. Frankly it had gotten so bad that I've avoided using the computer for over a year, and have recently re-started the work to repair it. For the components the computer has and how it was operated I was very surprised the issue was so prevalent.

I've attached the scan results as it was too long to put them in the post. Thank you kindly for your assistance.

Hello,

They call me TwinHeadedEagle around here, and I'll try to help your with your issue.

Before we start please read and note the following:

  • We're primarily oriented on malware removal here, so you must know that some issues just cannot be solved and you must be prepared for this. Some tools we use here will remove your browser search history, so backup your important links and all the files whose loss is unacceptable.
  • Note that we may live in totally different time zones, what may cause some delays between answers.
  • Don't run any scripts or tools on your own, unsupervised usage may cause more harm than good.
  • Do not paste the logs in your posts, attachments make my work easier. There is a More reply options button, that gives you Upload Files option below which you can use to attach your reports. Always attach reports from all tools.
  • Always execute my instructions in given order. If for some reason you cannot completely follow one instruction, inform me about that.
  • If I don't hear from you within 3 days from this initial or any subsequent post, then this thread will be closed.
:excl: I can't foresee everything, so if anything not covered in my instructions happens, please stop and inform me!

:excl: There are no silly questions. Never be afraid to ask if in doubt!

I've uninstalled the program you included and attached the Check Disk Report. Unfortunately when I returned home Windows was running an auto-update, after I had saved the Report. If you believe the update will have messed with the results let me know. I'll re-run the check tonight and get the Report back to you asap. I apologize, I didn't realize it was set to update.

The computer has managed to stay on throughout this process, but I tried to run a game and it was unsuccessful. After about 15 minutes it froze and blue screened, with a error code:

"win32k.sys

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA"

Hopefully that's helpful. After a restarted it quickly blue screened again. After that 2nd restart I wasn't even able to turn it on. I would press the power button, it would sound like it was going to start up for 15-30 seconds, and then everything would just power off. After waiting a few hours I was able to turn it back on. I restarted it, then restarted again for good measure and I'm posting on it now.
