So we are a new Malwarebytes Endpoint Security customer, and so far everything is working quite well actually.  What I am wondering though is something I have never come across and I can't seem to find any answers no matter how much I Google and dig through forums.  I ran a scan remotely through the management console on a user's computer.  It found some potential malware but it is giving a DENY operation when trying to quarantine or remove it.  I've never seen this before and I can't seem to understand what it means. See screenshot.

You have posted your question in the Consumer section of the forum, since you have the Malwarebytes Endpoint Security you need to post in the Business section to get help there.
