Real time scanner not working

Okay I clicked on link got virus. Malwarebytes found it after I did damage. Is there a real time scanner in Premium to avoid this from happening again.

This being said, I would also recommend adding Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit to your security setup to complement it, as Anti-Exploit is used to block infections from even reaching your system (done via exploits, which is a big attack vector now a day).
