Hi Admin,

Hope you are fine and doing well. My laptop is possibly effected from virus which results in .

1. Gives me green underlined highlighted text which popped out when clicked while browsing in chrome.

2. Does not allows me to run MBAM or any of its tools.

3. Does not allows me to download/run torrents.(possible to stop downloading any software/tools i guess).

First i had VPN extensions in chrome bar which might be giving highlighted text adds, but its still there after disabling and removing.

My laptop is provided by company so its a domain computer but i have all access rights, first time when i tried to install MBAM

it gives something like" Access is denied,Make sure you have administrative rights.or contact with network administrator'.

And now it shows error" Internal error,Expression error' Runtime error (at 112:109); External exception E06D7363.'

I have AVG working fine and mcAfee antivirusarrow-10x10.png(enterprise edition) which i believe is not working as all options(scan, settings ,features are disabled greyed out,,except update.

since this is offical laptop and have large data stored i am worried to do image. Please help me removing this adware/virus.

my thoughts are the adware has  resulted in changed UAC...?

Hello and :welcome: :

Hi Admin,

As you think you might be infected....
We are not permitted to review scan logs or work on possible malware-related issues here in this section of the forum.
Such work is conducted in a special forum area reserved for that purpose, or at the help desk.

So, for expert assistance, I suggest that you please follow the advice in this pinned topic: Available Assistance For Possibly Infected Computers.
It explains the options for free, expert help >>AND<< the suggested, preliminary steps to expedite the process.
>>Since you have already run FRST, I suggest reading the sticky topic that I just mentioned, then starting a new, separate post in the malware removal forum (please attach the same logs to that new post).
A malware analyst will assist you with looking into your issue - the helper will guide you through scanning, cleanup and repair.

Thank you,

Please be aware that use of MBAM in a business/corporate environment requires Business licensing, as explained HERE and in the EULA. So, you'll probably want to contact your employer's IT department (or the Malwarebytes Business Support Team) about obtaining proper licensing. ;)
