I have a lifetime membership for Malwarebytes but I cannot activate the program.  I also cannot log onto y account after resetting my password.  I've emailed you several times with no reply.  You are not the same company where customers mattered!  You have gotton to big and lost your commitment to users! 

Please fix my account t and lifetime membership.  I've had to redo my laptop several times due to infections / malware.

Please reply with the date of your first email to Consumer Support, with your case number, and a Malwarebytes staffer may be able to trace.

 

The members of the support team are doing the best they possibly can. If you have rebuilt the system on your laptop, you may download/install MBAM 2.2.0.1024 and take advantage of the 14-day free trial period until your license issue is resolved.
