registry keys infected, please tell me if these files are save to delete

The registry keys and the Registry itself are not "infected".

 

Malwarebytes identified files and modifications made to the Registry by and for the benefit of Potentially Unwanted Programs ( PUPs ).

 

PUPs are not malware.  They are a class of PITA software gets installed on a person's computer as bundled software and through misinformation.

 

They are safe to remove

thank you so much!! i was too worried. Anyhow, that still doesn't explain why google chrome froze and said "WARNING, VIRUS ALERT!!" or something along those lines. That's when i shut down my computer and today i decided to post this. Perhaps there is a virus MBAM didn't detect? im sure you would know better than I.

Chrome may generate a Pop-Up through fraud.
