Help removing sality

Hi I read the rules that said to download that thing but the malware will not let me download. I know what malware I have its the win32.sality. The malware will not let me download any suitable tools to remove it, malwarebytes doesnt see it at all and windows security essentials seems to always be one step behind the virus as every two seconds its saying "virus being cleaned" yet it never actually solves the problem.

 

It's getting so bad now that I have to restart the computer every few hours or so because the program seems to open endless amounts of notepad.exe as well as telnet.exe. I have tried the usual fixes and nothing is working. I can't download any tools specifically made to take down sality but I mean i have your guys not free program and windows security essentials I should be able to take this thing down right?

 

Any advice on how to proceed appreciated. Also btw the system restore is broken the last checkpoint has somehow been removed, and i get blue screen if i try to boot into safe mode I can only boot in normal mode so im really in a catch all situation here. Don't have another laptop or anything to transfer a tool to fix it.

Sality belongs to file infector family. You can never remove this virus 100%. Formatting your computer is the best choice.
