Ive been having problems with scaning with my anti virus because it completely freezes my computer ...

I performed a quick scan with malwarebytes and found one infection, im not very familier with viruses and thought ild ask here for help

this registry key was infected :HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\winhost_app.winhost_appdll

Should i delete the registry key or is this an imporant file?
