Until a forum expert or staff member has a chance to review the logs, I don't see very much there to explain the issue you report.

(But it's early and I'm not yet fully caffeinated. :) )
 
You might try at least temporarily disabling Spybot S&D Teatimer (if it's enabled) or uninstalling it altogether, as it's no longer recommended in the security community.
 
If that doesn't resolve your issue, then I suggest heading over to another area of the forum for some deeper work.
I'm not saying that you are infected.
It's just that the tools needed to troubleshoot aren't permitted here in this area of the forum.

So, for expert assistance, I suggest that you please follow the advice in this pinned topic: Available Assistance For Possibly Infected Computers.
It explains the options for free, expert help >>AND<< the suggested, preliminary steps to expedite the process.
