Malicious website blocked repeatedly

Good Morning,

 

Earlier today I started getting an unending array of pop up messages stating that a Malicious Website was being blocked. This is odd, I had not been to any suspicious websites. I closed all web browsers and the problem continued. I rebooted, and the problem continued. From here things seem to have gotten worse. I am unable to hit simple pages such as google and the like. But the part that is really confusing me is that when I run a full scan with Malware Bytes, nothing is detected. Any ideas?
