False/Positive (arbitrary ban)

I would like to get in contact with someone who could unban my IP's (and clients at the same time) who got an arbitrary ban. Since you do not have a private system for that kind of request, I am not allowed per our contract service, to publish this information in a public forum.


It would be very appreciated to understand what as gone wrong. I will be waiting your reply at support@net2go.ca (it is connected to our helpdesk) and my staff will move on from there. Please refer to the ticket VGG-594-51974.
