CloudScout Annoying Adware (MAC OS)

I recently installed some APP which seems installed this ads app too.

 

 

what i tried so far :

 

1- removed every extension in chrome folder

2- create new profile in chrome 

3- uninstall and re-install chrome 

4- update and scan with malwarebytes 

 

 

it hijack clicks to :

 

http://ferply.com/scz?p=RANDOM_DATA&ia=0&t=1&ndom=5

http://clickeu.semantichelper.com/st?cipid=1097190&excid=22&ttype=1&dast=

and lot of other ads urls 

 

 

there is no extension / hidden extension in safari/chrome and i deleted all recently installed app too.

 

nothing works and it's so annoying . how it inject ads when there is no extension ? 

 

any real idea, How i can remove it ?
