Delist of 2 URL trackhost classifiers

I manage deliverability & anti-abuse ops for Mailjet SAS, website www.mailjet.com. I've received reports that 2 of my trackhost identifier URLs are flagged/blocked by your anti-malware programs. They are mjt.lu and mj.am. Kindly:

- delist the URLs/classify the URLs as okay

- share some detail as to why they are flagged/blocked?

Can you please post the associated IPs / protection log.

Mailjet is a transactional ESP; the trackhost is a customer idenfitier. So there is no associated IP.

 

I see mjt.lu is still blocked (one of my colleagues on my Support Team runs your software in a VM for testing purposes). mj.am was blocked as at the first time I posted this - but it seems okay now.

Thanks a lot! How long does it take for your (global) servers to propagate?
